We’ve got your turbo system covered!

Turbo systems look cool...but boy, do they put out the heat.  Along with intense heat emissions, bare, uncoated turbo systems turn ugly real quick after installation.  Cool Coat Inc. can give your turbo components a great, clean look, plus provide the corrosion and performance benefits that today’s ceramic coatings offer.

Cool Coat Inc. highly recommends that flange surfaces as well as interior coatings not be performed on turbo manifolds and turbo housings.  Any tubing spans rearward of the housing may be interior coated upon request.

Here's a housing we coated using cast-iron grey.

Here's a couple manifolds shot in TurboX BLACK.  Note that it is recommended that flange surfaces not be coated.

A fresh, new turbo housing.  How long till  this uncoated cast iron part looks like a rusty, ancient chunk of metal?  Man, you gotta COAT THEM...for looks, durability and performance!

More shots of our Turbo X BLUE.  Note
that the flash of our camera makes the
finish look a bit lighter in color than in
person.

In certain circumstances, one may
experience slight color fading in some
surface areas experiencing extreme high
heat.  Please note that color fading will
not effect the thermal properties of the
coating.
