Interested in adding good looks and picking up a few extra Horsepower?
Tired of repainting your exhaust or other high-heat parts only to experience the inevitable peeling and flaking that soon follows?
Is it hotter that Fire under your hood because of the intense heat coming from that Turbo-charged engine?
Are your other parts getting thermal fatigue, resulting in sensor malfunctions, parts failure and melted tubing and wiring?
How about a durable, highly polished near-chrome finish on any metallic part without the expense and Bluing of chrome-plating? |

“CHECK OUT THE COOL TEST PERFORMED BELOW” |
|
Using two A/m 32A-86d Aircraft Generator sets, with 4-cylinder Detroit diesel engines- One with an exhaust manifold and down-pipe bare and uncoated and one with our Turbo-X BLACK ceramic coating. The generators were started at the same time, load-banked for a short time, then set at idle prior to recording the readings |

|
The results were compared |
|
In this test, there was a 70F degree difference between the uncoated manifold and the Turbo-X BLACK coated manifold. This equated to over 22% decrease in surface temperatures. The Turbo-X BLACK manifold had been in service for about 3– months. Before test was conducted |
